SeaPinesVilla is a licensed property manager run by local residents and owners, renting villas in Sea Pines for more than twenty years. About half of its villas are at Lighthouse Road Villas, less than a block from the Sea Pines Beach Club, and another dozen are at Wildwood Spa. The rest are near Harbour Town at Racquet Club, Glen Eagle Green, Clipper Court and Cutter Court, at Plantation Club, and on Fairway Lane, Lake Forest and a few other streets. Nearly all have two or three bedrooms and sleep six.
What comes with a SeaPinesVilla rental
Linens and towels, beach towels and beach chairs, and two adult beach-cruiser bikes come with every villa; the bikes are delivered by South Beach Racquet Club, which also gives guests a discount on more rentals. Kitchens are stocked with cookware and pantry basics such as oil, salt and pepper, and every villa has a drip coffee maker. Guests also get a fitness pass and free clay-court tennis time, covered by the resort fee.
Fees, pets and policies
Each stay carries a cleaning fee ($189 for two bedrooms, $209 for three, $299 for a house), the resort fee and about 10% in taxes.
