North Forest Beach's bird streets run in alphabetical order away from Coligny Plaza, and Sandpiper is the last of them, about 0.9 mi up. It starts one block back from the ocean at Dune Lane and runs inland to the edge of Shipyard, beside Port O' Call. Most of its homes are big pool houses with five or six bedrooms, and two have an elevator.
