Green Heron is a street for big groups: most of its homes sleep 12 or more, and the largest have seven bedrooms. It runs off North Sea Pines Drive toward the ocean, about 0.2 mi from the ocean gate, so the shops outside the gate are close and the Sea Pines Beach Club is about 0.7 mi down the beach. Eight of the nine homes have a private pool.

Who Rents Homes on Green Heron Road

The homes are owned individually and rented by three local companies, so the minimum stay, pet rules and pool-heat charges differ from house to house. Four of the pools are heated, and two homes allow dogs.

Gate Passes

Book through The Sea Pines Resort and the front desk at the Welcome Center checks you in and gives you two passes. Other rental companies buy passes for each home ahead of time and send them to you.
