On Sun City Boulevard just south of US 278, at 1 Sun City Boulevard. One of the four gates that issue guest passes.

Across US 278 from the Main Gate, at 401 West Fording Island Road, the way into the northern section and Argent Lakes. It issues guest passes.

Sun City West’s clubhouse at 1236 Sundance Drive, beside the Breakwater Fitness Collective and its outdoor pool and courts. The Brackish Bar & Lounge serves drinks and small plates inside or by the pool.

The Gates
Sun City has ten gates, and four of them handle guest passes. The Main Gate is on Sun City Boulevard just south of US 278, and the North Gate is straight across the highway on the same road. The Sun City West Gate is at 434 Sundance Drive, and the Riverbend Gate at 1 Tidewatch Drive. Residents call their guests in to one of these four, or request a pass on the association’s website or app. The community association runs the gates and the passes.
Getting Around Inside
Sun City Boulevard is the spine of the south side. Town Square, where Pinckney Hall, Magnolia Hall and Resident Services are, is just off it on Del Webb Boulevard and Sun City Lane, and Okatie Creek’s clubhouse is a short way south. Hidden Cypress is at the far west end, on Cypress Hills Drive. North of US 278, Argent Lakes and the Lakehouse are on Sergeant William Jasper Boulevard, and Sun City West and Spanish Moss Hall are further north along Sundance Drive.
Residents get around by car, bike and golf cart. Registered carts may use the streets but not the trails. Two Counties, One Community
Sun City straddles a county line. The south side and Riverbend are in Beaufort County, with Bluffton and Okatie addresses, and the northern sections, Argent Lakes and Sun City West among them, are in Jasper County, inside the City of Hardeeville.
