Sea Pines Dolphin Dash 5K

The Sea Pines Dolphin Dash 5K is a five-kilometer run/walk taking place on Thursdays along our beautiful hard flat beach – the perfect running experience on Hilton Head Island! Registration is online only and cut-off for registration is race day at 7:30am. $30/adult, $20/child (ages 12 and under).
