Perfect for all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned yogis—this 50-minute class focuses on restorative stretches, deep breathing, and easy-flow movements to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind.
End on a high note with a refreshing complementary fresh smoothie or mimosa (non-alcoholic options available) while connecting with fellow participants in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. No experience needed—just bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and a desire to feel amazing! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for check-in.
